Founded in Tokyo by a collective of audio engineers and interior architects, Sonora exists to bridge the gap between profound musicality and spatial aesthetics.
The Origin
The concept for Sonora Acoustic was born from frustration. Our founders, deeply embedded in the high-end audio industry, repeatedly observed clients investing heavily in esoteric audio components, only to place them in highly reflective, sonically hostile modern apartments.
We realized that without addressing the acoustic environment, these magnificent systems were fundamentally handicapped. Sonora was established to elevate the room itself to the status of a primary audio component.
Today, from our studio in Marunouchi, we serve a discerning clientele across Japan, transforming unyielding concrete and glass into warm, acoustically inert sanctuaries for music.
